When I log in as host or admin and try to Assign to User a listing only a small amount of users show up in the drop down. Any ideas of what I can check to expand the listing or what sets the items in the list?

Thanks Buck, That was the information I was looking for.

I am having a similar issue.  I have set up everything so Administrators and Network Users (my custom user role) have the ability to add listings in the module configuration in the security settings but only the administrators are populating in the "assign to user" dropdown

Is there something I am missing?

I forgot to edit the Form settings as well to add the role.  Thank you!
