A recent question from a user:

"When ever I enter a company location your system gives me coordinates but when I go to details page the map screen it blank.

This doesn't happen with all listings only some.

Any ideas?"

Answer:

When obtaining the Google map loaction, on the listing form, Business Directory uses a combination of the listing address information to obtain the Latitude and Longitude of the map loction to save to the Xmod database record for the listing.

On the detail page, the Latitude and Longitude values are used to retrieve the Google map.

Sometimes Google database does not return a map based on these values because it cannot be found in their database.
