Can you document which forms / templates you have used in the demo and any 'special triddly bits you have added'.

That way anyone can quickly get a really great looking business directory together

BTW the training documentation is excellent, but if gives too many options for the newbie

Kick the Tires demo Setup:

Data Entry Form: DNNP-BD6.1 Sub Categories Form

Detail View Template: DNNP-BD6.1 Tabbed Detail View

List View Template: DNNP-BD6.1 List View

http://dnnprofessor.com/DNNDirectory.aspx setup:

Data Entry Form: DNNP-BD6.1 Sub Categories Form

Detail View Template: DNNP-BD6.1 Tabbed Detail View 2

List View Template: DNNP-BD6.1 List View 2

Our Business Directory training videos are helpful to visually see how to setup these forms and templates.

On the DNNprofessor production site we are also using the FatGeorge Tag Cloud add-on for XMod for the category menu, the FatGeorge Custom Template Tags v2.1 for XMod to show view count and ratings. We also use the FatGeorge Syndication for XMod to create a RSS feed that we submit to Google Wemaster Tools as a site map for the directory listings.

Finally we use the FatGeorge Housekeeper add-on for XMod to remove orphaned image, video, and audio files and folders automatically when a listing is deleted.
