Many of our clients have opted to manually change the language on the Business Directory forms and templates (Keeping in mind not to change the form field names).
The Xmod product does have a localization feature that would allow you to customize the Business Directory application.

We have not implemented this feature in Business Directory. That said, since Business Directory is built for Xmod it can be customized, without the need for compilation, in a tool as simple as NotePad.
