This could be caused by a couple of reasons.
1. Looking at your page in FireBug, I see two JavaScript issues.

Both of these errors are not releated to Business Directory but may be causing the slide show jQuery routines to not run.
2. A jQuery conflict on your site.
Starting with DotNetNuke version 5+ jQuery is now automatically added to pages.
If you are using DotNetNuke 5 or higher you may need to comment out the call to jQuery in the detail template of Business Directory.
In the latest release of Business Directory, I had compendsated for this and it has been tested on DNN 4.5+ and DNN 5+ with success.
I cannot help you with the errors generated outside of Business Directory code but I can look at your XMod and Business Directory configuration.
