Hi,
Is there anyway I can hide unapproved listings for users? (not the admins) if there is, where's the option to do so?

Thanks in advance

Just to make it clear, I went to Configure Xmod, Data settings, and at default approval filter "approved records only" is selected, but it doesn't quite change anything.

Could this be a bug?? Is there a chance that by changing something in the template editor this could be affected?? I've been looking for a solution but I don't understand what could be causing this problem.. what am I missing here?

There are two forms of approval with Business Directoy.

First is the approval process built into XMod and the approval in the Admin Options section of the form to indicate if the listing is a standard or enhanced listing.

The viewing of Xmod approved or unapproved records is based on the XMod approval process.

View the last link above to see if your form >> Settings tab is set to auto approve and not require approval.

You can also create another module instance of Xmod on an admin view only page, using the same form and template settings as your primary instance of XMod and configure the module to view only unapproved records.
