I would like to have a single form with multiple detail pages. How is this done since the detail view is hardcoded in the form?
I have someone who would like to display the listings on their site with an iframe. I need to create a blank page template for them to use (without my site's header, sidebar, etc...) Just want the page(s) to display the listings and details.
Thanks!
John, This question is more XMod related rather then Business Directory. Xmod allows two methods of using a detail template.
Business Directory allows both choices by utilizing the List View template or the list View 2 Template. if you are using the list View template, Xmod renders the detail view inline (on the same page as the listings). if you are using the List View 2 Template, it is designed to point to another page where you had added the free detail template module. To meet your visual requirements, If you are using the List View 2 template setup, you would need to create a new skin for your DNN portal that only had a content pane and the admin functions. This is the skin you would use for showing the detail on a separate page.
