There are two issues regarding to the detail template in Review IT. When I click on the more info button in the listing i've noticed two things:

  • The details template is displayed with the portals default edit skin. Because i'm using the default dnn5 minimalextropy as a the edit skin in my portal settings, the detail template of my listing will be displayed in the wrong skin. I want to use my own skin for my details template. How can i change this?
  • I can't see the stars to rate a item. Below the text "(Click a star below to add your rating)" there are no stars. In the configuration of my form i've seen the gRatingPermission parameter with the value "all". So everybody should be able to rate, but i see no stars, even logged in as a host

 Hi samkaya,

1. You need to manage the List View template. Xmod action menu >> Manage templates

On the templates settings tab check the box show details inline. This will show the details using the same skin as your Listings template.

2. For ratings, in the purchased package you extracted to your local computer, there is a  RatingImages folder under the Installation folder. Go to your DotnetNuke File Manager and install the files dnnp-emptyStar.png and dnnp-fullStar.png to your portal root main directory.

Uploading Rating Images

Within the extracted Install Folder is a folder named Rating Images. You will find two images named dnnp-emptyStar.png (Ratings Empty Star) and dnnp-fullStar.png (Ratings Full Star). These two images produce the viewable rating section on a listing detail page.

Example with No Ratings:

Example with 5 Star Rating:

Simply upload these two images to your Portal Root folder located at Admin Tab >> File Manager

Admin >> File Manager

Upload Rating Images
