I'm trying to restrict an unregistered user from submitting a star rating.  The value of gRratingPermission in the MMI6 sub categories form is "all".  I've tried setting this value to "registered", but that doesn't seem to have any effect on existing listings.  I haven't tried to create a new listing to see if the change only applies to new listings.  Any insight on changing this and/or applying db changes to existing listings to restrict rating submission would be greatly appreciated.

Steve,

The rating control is built into XMod and we do not have access to code modification.

The Xmod online help is a bit vague on the subject of your ratings request.

My suggestion would be to contact Kelly Ford, developer of XMod, and he should be able to respond to your question.
